Rates start from $169/nt plus tax of 11.96%, and a one time cleaning fee of $100.

$200 is due at time of reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

I accept credit cards, checks and money orders.

Once I receive your $200 deposit, I reserve the dates for you, and will send your confirmation/receipt.

Upon receipt of your balance due, I will send your key and arrival instructions.

For the enjoyment of all guests, these units are non smoking and are pet free, please.

Cancellation policy: As cancellations can represent a loss of our ability to rent our condo, there can be no refunds 31 days or less prior to rental date, except for those dates that I can rent out.
A full refund will be issued for those dates.


For cancellations 32 days or more prior to rental, a $200 cancellation fee will apply.
